Shipping Policy

Delivery time

Every Stampee is made to order. From the moment you place your order, please allow 9–13 days for your item to be made and delivered.

Back-to-school cutoff

School goes back on 2nd September 2026. To make sure your Stampee arrives in time, we recommend ordering by 20th August 2026 at the latest, giving the full 9–13 day window room to land before the first day back.

Processing & dispatch

Because each Stampee is custom-made with your child's name, we need a little time to produce it before it ships. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

UK delivery

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you'll get an email with tracking information so you can follow your order right up to delivery.

Delays

We always aim to deliver within the 9–13 day window. If anything looks likely to run over, we'll email you proactively with an update.
