Returns & Refunds Policy
Personalized items
Every Stampee is made to order with your child's name, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind. Under UK consumer law, personalized and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right that applies to non-personalized products.
When we will refund or replace
We'll always sort a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your Stampee arrives damaged or faulty
- The wrong character, icon style, or ink colour was sent (our error)
- The name printed doesn't match what you submitted at checkout (our error)
When we can't offer a refund
We're unable to refund or replace an order if:
- The name was entered incorrectly at checkout (please double-check spelling before ordering — we print exactly what's submitted)
- The item has been used and simply isn't liked once received
- You've changed your mind about the character or style chosen
How to request a replacement
Email us at stampeestamp@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (for damaged/faulty items). We aim to respond within 1 business day and resolve most issues within a week.
Non-personalized items
If we ever sell non-personalized accessories (ink refills, packaging add-ons, etc.), these follow the standard 14-day return window under UK consumer law.
